The mixer used in the fully automatic anti cracking gypsum mortar production equipment is not a screw belt dry powder mixer, but a dual axis blade gravity free mixer, which has the advantages of fast mixing and good uniformity. The mixing time for each batch is as short as 2 minutes, and it can evenly mix sand, cement, and additives. This equipment adopts automatic batching in the production process, with an hourly output of up to 100 tons. It can also be equipped with an automatic bag return packaging machine and belt conveyor, and the materials can be palletized after being packaged.
The entire equipment mainly consists of raw material storage system, lifting and conveying system, metering and batching system, mixing system, storage system, packaging system, dust removal system, control system, steel frame platform, etc.
In general, a raw material storage system will use 3-6 raw material tanks to store main raw materials such as sand, cement, gypsum, etc. The remaining small tanks are used to store small materials such as additives, and can also be used to store raw materials in ton packs.
Measurement and batching system: It mainly adopts two methods: microcomputer automatic control and manual feeding. In large-scale automated production processes, the microcomputer automatic control batching system adopts two metering methods: cumulative metering and continuous metering, to complete the measurement and batching of raw materials. For additives with extremely small proportions in the mixture, manual feeding can be used.
Mixing system: Equipped with a dual axis blade gravity free mixer, it has the advantages of fast mixing speed and high mixing accuracy. The machine can mix up to a maximum mixing ratio of 1:1000 or even higher. Under the reasonable pushing speed of the mixing blade, materials with large differences in specific gravity and particle size, such as polystyrene particles, cementitious materials, and chemical additives, are instantly reduced in weight, forming all-round convection, diffusion, and mutual shear in the mixing drum, quickly and gently achieving a uniform mixing effect without segregation and damaging the original state of the materials, ensuring that the insulation coefficient of the mortar will not be reduced due to the shape damage of the insulation raw materials, and ensuring the insulation effect of the product.
Storage system: Use various types of finished product tanks or storage warehouses such as 50, 100, 200 tons, etc. for storing finished products.
Packaging system: Generally, valve pocket packaging machines are used, and open pocket packaging machines are used for polymer mortar, greatly improving production efficiency, saving labor, reducing labor intensity, and lowering production costs. The packaging accuracy is higher than 0.5%.
Dust removal system: using pulse bag type, with good dust removal effect. The use of point and centralized dust removal methods ensures that dust pollution is reduced to a lower level during equipment operation.
Control system: adopting intelligent automatic control, with functions such as over tolerance processing, automatic correction of drop, fault diagnosis, and alarm. Computer control has improved the reliability and security of control systems, greatly facilitating user use.
Steel frame platform: Made of high-quality thickened steel pipes, channel steel, square pipes, steel plates, round pipes and other materials, it is permanently stable, has strong bearing capacity, and ensures the safety of the entire equipment.
Scope of application: Ordinary masonry mortar, gypsum mortar, insulation mortar, etc.
