Equipment configuration:

Mixing machine → Spiral feeding machine → Double screw puffing machine → Air blower → Multi layer oven → Elevator → Oil sprayer → Double drum seasoning machine/Octagonal drum seasoning machine → (packaging machine)

Process composition of puffed food production line:

1. Powder mixer: Select different models of powder mixers according to the production line output.
2. Spiral feeding machine: using spiral stirring conveying to ensure secondary uniform mixing and convenient and fast feeding.
3. Twin screw extruder: different models of extruder are selected according to different production lines, with the output of 100kg/h -500kg/h, which can be made of corn flour, Rice noodles, wheat barley flour and other cereals.
4. Air blower or elevator: Transport semi-finished products to the oven, and the height of the air blower or elevator is determined according to the oven.
5. Multi layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees through a control cabinet. The interior is made of stainless steel mesh cloth and stainless steel mesh belt, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. 6. Vibration screen: Screen out unqualified products and crushed materials. (Optional)
6. Seasoning line: octagonal tube, cylindrical tube, lifting single drum, double drum seasoning line, configured according to production volume and product properties.
