The automatic batching and fully automatic putty powder production line is designed with simplicity, small footprint, low investment, fast results, continuous production, and high class output. Components of fully automatic putty powder production line

The annual output of the fully automatic putty powder production line is about two to three hundred thousand tons, mainly composed of an efficient mixing system, storage system, conveying system, lifting system, weighing system, mixing system, packaging system, dust removal system, material level control system, alarm system, air compression system, and whole machine control system.

The fully automatic putty powder production line generally uses 3-6 raw material tanks, of which two large tanks are used to store large materials such as calcium powder, and the remaining small tanks are used to store light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc. Light calcium, heavy calcium, sand, small materials, etc. need to be lifted into small tanks using a bucket elevator. The clever material distribution system supports a bucket elevator distribution operation, thereby avoiding resource waste. The measuring system, in conjunction with the measuring screw, imports raw materials from the silo into the measuring bin, and achieves raw material measurement through sensor data feedback. The measured materials are guided into the main bucket elevator through a screw conveyor and lifted to the upper mixing bin of the mixer. The mixing bin is a pneumatic large door type, which can quickly put the materials to be mixed into the gravity free mixer, achieving continuous production of putty powder.

The fully automatic putty powder production line uses a dual axis gravity free mixer, which has a very fast mixing speed. Generally, it takes 8 minutes to mix evenly, and the production capacity is very high. The finished products mixed in the mixer are quickly placed in the finished product bin for buffering and storage through pneumatic quick opening doors. The finished product silo is connected to the packaging machine through a soft connection for measurement and packaging. For users with particularly high output, a belt conveyor can be added to the rear process of the packaging machine to directly transport finished products to the finished product area or truck.

The putty powder production line mainly consists of the following equipment:

  1. Raw material storage equipment
    The putty powder production line is used to store bulk raw materials, generally using tank design and tank trucks for loading. During construction, only two small storage tanks for raw materials, such as rubber powder and additives, need to be added to store small amounts of raw materials.
  2. Ingredient device:
    It consists of a hopper measuring scale, a feeding dragon, a discharge device, a micro material addition device, and a computer control system. It can automatically measure different raw materials according to the formula, reducing labor intensity and environmental pollution, and ensuring the product quality of putty powder.
  3. Mixer:
    There are various options for the mixer, such as double helix cone mixer, plow blade mixer, screw belt mixer, dual axis blade gravity free mixer, etc.
    The requirements for the putty powder mixer are: uniform mixing, no dead corners, high efficiency, wear-resistant equipment, and fast unloading speed. The above mentioned mixers are more commonly used in the putty powder production line, including the double axis slurry blade non gravity mixer and the plow blade mixer.
    Recommendation: Gravity free mixer – suitable for mixing dry powder, and can also add “flying knives” according to requirements.
    Plowing mixer – suitable for mixing and liquid mixing of materials with fibers.
  4. Packaging machine:
    There are two types: open pocket and valve pocket. Putty powder is commonly used in valve pocket packaging machines because valve pocket packaging does not require sewing and can be operated by one person. However, this packaging machine is not suitable for packaging lightweight materials, as the cost of the bag is slightly higher but the packaging speed is faster. The open pocket packaging scale can package various materials, but it needs to be sewn after bagging. Relatively speaking, the cost of bags is slightly lower (bags can be recycled), but the packaging speed is slightly slower. Compared with the valve pocket packaging machine, this packaging machine requires an additional operator.
  5. Dust collector:
    Used for recycling dust from dry powder mortar production lines, which is beneficial for environmental protection. Usually located on the top of cement silos, at the feeding port of elevators, etc.

  6. Conveyor and lifting structure:
    The material conveying methods used in production line silos include horizontal conveying and vertical conveying. Horizontal conveying can use a screw conveyor, while vertical conveying generally uses a bucket elevator.
