The transmission spindle is equipped with double-layer spiral blades, with the internal spiral conveying the material outward and the external spiral gathering the material inward. The material forms a low power and efficient mixing environment under the convective motion of the double-layer spiral belt. The inner and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft drive the material inside the barrel, allowing the mixer to flip the material within the maximum range of the barrel. When the mixing device is working, the inner screw drives the material near the axis to rotate around the axis, pushing it from the inside to both sides in the axial direction.
