PS conductive sheet:
Used in semiconductor electronics, computer communications and other products, especially in the requirements of dust-free, no static electricity, discharge protection and shielding electromagnetic wave/radio frequency interference accessories or equipment packaging.

PETG single screw dry-free exhaust type sheet extrusion line
The pressure roller forming part adopts alloy steel with different thermal conductivity. Through special forging technology and heat treatment process, the humidity of the roller is uniform, the heat dissipation speed of the rod surface is fast, the material does not stick to the roller, the forming speed is fast, and the output is high;
The extruder sheet thickness adjustment adopts an automatic adjustment system, and the mechanical roller has anti-collision protection function;
Using electronic handwheel operation to realize quick and easy single sheet specification conversion, without cumbersome operation, and the sheet adjustment accuracy is as high as ± 0.005mm;
the host adopts vector closed-loop system, equipped with quantitative voltage stabilization output of melt metering pump, more stable operation, PLC control, automatic control of parameter setting, data operation and feedback, alarm and other functions;
with full-automatic sheet winding machine, it can collect up to 500kg of sheets with a diameter of no more than 800mm, and can collect two rolls of sheets at the same time, automatically correcting and changing rolls, and winding is beautiful.

the barrel is provided with double vacuum exhaust to ensure the full discharge of water and gas. the symmetrical thin-walled roller improves the cooling efficiency while improving the production capacity and sheet quality;
the host adopts vector closed-loop control system, equipped with melt metering pump quantitative voltage output, more stable operation;
