The extrusion equipment is equipped with a precision distributor, which is evenly layered, the proportion of each layer is adjustable, and the digital control accuracy is high;
the use of inclined horizontal sheet structure, operation and maintenance are more convenient;
The roller system has independent power and synchronous closed-loop control of the extrusion line speed precision controller;The whole machine adopts PLC control to realize automatic control of parameter setting, data calculation, feedback, fault alarm and other functions.

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a new type of biobased and renewable biodegradable material made from starch raw materials derived from renewable plant resources such as corn and cassava. The production process of polylactic acid is pollution-free, and the product can be biodegraded, achieving circulation in nature, making it an ideal green polymer material. Polylactic acid has good thermal stability, processing temperature of 170-230 ℃, and good solvent resistance. Products made from polylactic acid not only have biodegradability, but also good biocompatibility, glossiness, transparency, hand feel, and heat resistance. They also have certain bacterial resistance, flame retardancy, and UV resistance. Therefore, they are widely used and can be used for hard packaging of fruits, vegetables, eggs, cooked and baked goods, as well as for packaging of sandwiches, cookies, flowers and other products.
