Process composition:

  1. Powder mixer: After mixing the raw materials, add a certain amount of water and mix thoroughly.
  2. Feeding machine: Using a motor as the power source for spiral conveying, the mixed raw materials are transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.
  3. DSE65-III twin-screw puffing machine: By extruding and puffing, it produces long strips of rice balls. By changing the mold, rice balls of different widths and thicknesses can be produced. Under high temperature and high pressure environment and twin-screw extrusion, the starch structure in the mixed raw materials changes, becoming easily absorbable nutrients. Through mold extrusion, the speed of the rotary cutting motor is adjusted until the size and length of the particles meet the customer’s requirements. The specific particle size and shape can be obtained by changing the mold. The twin-screw puffing machine adopts advanced variable frequency speed control technology, which is more energy-efficient and has more precise speed control. The current and speed of the motor during operation can be directly seen through the frequency converter panel, ensuring equipment safety.
  4. Pinching machine: When the puffing machine produces hollow tubes, the core material is injected instantly, which can be used to inject peanut butter, chocolate sauce, sugar syrup, etc.
  5. Plastic cutting machine: Cut rice fruits with core material, and the size of the rice fruits can be adjusted between 2cm-20cm.
  6. Elevator: Transport rice fruits to the oven.
  7. Multi layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees through a control cabinet. The interior is made of stainless steel double-layer mesh bags, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. By baking, the main and core materials can penetrate to a certain extent, increasing the taste, reducing the moisture content of the materials, and increasing the shelf life.
  8. Seasoning line: There are octagonal tube, cylindrical tube, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to production volume and product properties. There are also oil spraying, sugar spraying, and coating equipment.
