Process Flow of Fully Automatic Functional Carbonated Beverage Production Line Equipment for Cans
The fully automatic functional carbonated beverage production line for cans is an automated production line that integrates processes such as raw material processing, mixing, filling, capping, labeling, inkjet coding, and case packing. This production line is characterized by its high efficiency, stability, and safety.
Process Flow of the Fully Automatic Functional Carbonated Beverage Production Line for Aluminum Cans: The production line equipment primarily includes processes such as water treatment, syrup production, blending, cooling and mixing, filling and capping, as well as post-processing.
First, raw water passes through equipment such as multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, and sodium ion filters to remove impurities and harmful substances. It then undergoes deep purification and sterilization via a reverse osmosis (RO) system and UV sterilization lamps to produce sterile water. Next, granulated sugar is dissolved in a sugar melting kettle and then finely filtered through a syrup filter to obtain syrup that meets specifications. During the blending process, sterile water, syrup, and other additives are added to the blending tank in precise proportions according to the product formula. The mixture is thoroughly blended to form a preliminary beverage. Subsequently, the preliminary beverage enters the cooling process, where it is cooled using a chiller and a plate heat exchanger. It is then mixed with CO₂ in a high-capacity carbonation mixer to produce a carbonated beverage.
During the filling and capping process, the carbonated beverage is fed into the filling machine via a beverage pump. Isobaric filling technology is employed to ensure accurate filling without damaging the cans. After filling, the cans are automatically capped. Following subsequent processing steps such as bottle conditioning, air drying, labeling, inkjet coding, and shrink wrapping, the beverage packaging is completed.
Selection of Equipment for Carbonated Beverage Production in Cans Based on the production line’s process flow, we must select appropriate equipment for production. For water treatment equipment, simple systems should be chosen to ensure water quality meets production requirements. For the syrup production and blending processes, high-precision, durable equipment such as sugar kettles, syrup filters, and blending tanks should be selected. In the cooling and mixing processes, efficient chillers, plate heat exchangers, and high-capacity steam-water mixers are required. In the filling and capping processes, the selection of filling and capping machines is particularly critical; equipment with stable performance, high speed, and high precision should be chosen.
