Nut shelling machine is used to automatically shell nuts and take out the nut kernel, the main types and their characteristics are as follows:

Automatic Nut Shelling Machine

Working Principle: Adopting flexible shell breaking system, through two conveyor belts with different speeds to exert shearing and squeezing pressure on nuts, simulating manual shell rubbing, to achieve shell breaking and protect the nut kernel intact at the same time. The flexible blade hammering system can separate the nuts embedded in the shell. Spiral blade drum pneumatic separation system utilises the difference in specific gravity of the shells and kernels to separate the shells and kernels by wind power.

Advantages: high degree of automation, high rate of shell breaking and kernel separation, adjustable processing speed, adapt to different varieties of nuts, significantly improve production efficiency and reduce labour costs.

Semi-automatic nut shelling machine

Working principle: break the shell by mechanical extrusion, and the mixture of shell and kernel after breaking the shell needs to be sieved manually.

Advantages: suitable for small-scale processing, simple structure, easy operation, low cost.

Nut shelling machine

Working principle: It is composed of frame, fan, rotor, motor and sieve. Nuts are crushed under the action of rotor, filtered and separated by sieve, fan blows out the light shells, and heavy nuts are screened by vibrating sieve.
