Each of the Olympics have their specific mascots, Fuwa is the Mascot of the 2008 Olympic.

It’s a combination of Chinese cultural elements and Olympic spirit. Five of the Fuwa characters express our wishs for prosperity, joy, passion, health and good luck.

Those Fuwa lanterns are specially made for a big lantern theme area in the Chinese spring lantern festival.

Each of the Fuwa lanterns shows the special sports event in the Olympics, for example the skating, Canoeing,Weightlifting, Fencing, etc.
