Plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter
LDC type plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is composed of LDC type plug-in electromagnetic flow tube device (referred to as sensor) and H200B type electromagnetic flow converter. It is an instrument used to measure the volume flow of various conductive liquids in the pipeline.
The LDC plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure the flow of conductive fluids in tap water, steel, petroleum, chemical, electric power, industry, water conservancy and other sectors, as well as corrosive conductive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
Features:
1. There are no moving parts in the sensor, simple structure and reliable work.
2. The plug-in structure can be easily installed and disassembled without stopping the water under low pressure or under pressure. Therefore, it is very suitable for fluid measurement of existing pipelines and convenient for instrument maintenance and repair.
3. The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in physical parameters such as temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, and conductivity of the measured medium (as long as the conductivity is greater than 5µs/cm).
4. The sensor has almost no pressure loss and extremely low energy loss.
5. Compared with general electromagnetic flowmeter, the manufacturing cost and installation cost are lower. Especially suitable for large and medium diameter pipeline flow measurement.
6. Adopt advanced low frequency square wave excitation. The zero point is stable, the anti-interference ability is strong, and the work is reliable.
7. Large flow measurement range. The full-scale flow rate in the measured pipe can be set arbitrarily from 1m/s to 10m/s, and the output signal has a linear relationship with the flow rate.
