Vortex flowmeters are mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline fluids, such as gas, liquid, vapor and other media. It is characterized by small pressure loss, large measuring range and high accuracy. It is hardly affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring volume flow under working conditions. Principle of Vortex Flowmeter
  When a triangular cylindrical vortex generator is installed in the fluid, regular vortices are alternately generated from both sides of the vortex generator. This type of vortex is called Karman vortex. As shown in Figure 1, the vortex array is arranged asymmetrically downstream of the vortex generator. .
The remote transmission type liquid turbine flowmeter itself does not have the on-site display function, and only transmits the flow signal remotely. The flow signal can be divided into pulse signal or current signal 4-20mA. The instrument is low in price, high in integration, and small in size.
