l Installation site and environment selection
1. Try to avoid strong power equipment, high frequency frequency conversion equipment, and strong power switch equipment;
2. Try to avoid the influence of high temperature heat source and radiant heat source; outdoor installation should take measures to prevent rain and shade;
3. Avoid vibrating places and strong corrosive environments as much as possible; at the same time, it is necessary to consider the convenience of installation and maintenance;
l Reasonable and correct installation location
1. Try to avoid choosing pipes with strong vibration at the installation location, otherwise, vibration damping measures must be taken, such as installing damping sub-sections;
2. The flowmeter can be installed horizontally, vertically and inclinedly. When measuring liquid, you must ensure that the fluid flows from low to high;
When measuring gas, the flow direction is not limited;
When measuring steam or high-temperature gas, the pillars of the meter body should be installed at an angle of 45° from the vertical as far as possible;
l Straight pipe section requirements
In order to accurately measure, there must be enough straight pipe sections upstream and downstream of the flowmeter, and there should be no components that affect the flow rate distribution of the fluid upstream.
l Grounding requirements
When the flowmeter is installed, the meter body should be reliably grounded. If the on-site pipeline does not have the grounding conditions, a separate reliable ground wire should be made to connect to the ground terminal of the meter shell.
