Brief introduction of pipe section thermal gas mass flow meter:
The pipe-section thermal gas mass flow meter is a new type of thermal gas mass flow meter that uses the principle of heat conduction to measure flow. The instrument adopts the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure the gas mass flow, and has the advantages of small size, high digitization, easy installation, accurate measurement and so on.
Advantages of pipe-section thermal gas mass flow meters:
1. Now it can not only measure the flow of oxygen and other gases, but also hydrogen, acetylene and gases with large water content are not suitable for measurement;
2. Wide range ratio, can measure flow velocity as high as 120Nm/s and as low as 0.5Nm/s. Other instruments (such as turbine or vortex should be above 5m/s) can be used for gas leak detection. Low flow rate and negligible pressure loss;
3. Recommendations for the selection of pipe-section thermal gas mass flow meters:
According to the structural characteristics of the pipe-section thermal gas mass flowmeter of the intelligent flowmeter series, it is classified into two types: plug-in type and pipe type.
The plug-in sensor can be installed and maintained online. The installation process is to first weld a base with external threads on the outer wall of the pipeline, install a 1-inch ball valve on the base, and then use a special tool to drill a 22mm diameter hole in the pipeline. After the drilling is completed, remove the special tool, and then install the sensor. Install on the valve and insert the sensor into the center of the pipe (the insertion position of the sensor has been determined at the factory). The plug-in sensor is suitable for pipe diameter: DN80~6000mm.
Pipe-section pipe-section thermal gas mass flow meters are equipped with process pipelines with the same inner diameter as the on-site pipelines when they leave the factory. The connection with the on-site pipeline is flange connection or threaded connection. Pipe section sensor is suitable for pipe diameter: DN10~2000mm.
