Three, industrial gas flowmeter installation precautions:

     1. If there are no valves and elbows in the front pipe section, there should be a straight pipe section no shorter than 10D, and the rear straight pipe section shall not be shorter than 5D; with valves or elbow pipes, the front straight pipe section shall not be shorter than 20D.

     2. There should be no leakage between the welding of the two flanges and the pipeline, and the welding slag should be removed after welding.

3. It is not allowed to clamp the flange and the meter body together for welding, otherwise the probe will be burnt.

4. The pipeline must not vibrate to prevent the generation of interference signals.
